REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Overview
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery (as advertised on-site). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/tags. Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required. Nowbuy

Returns are not accepted for:

Personal care/beauty items that are opened or used (for hygiene reasons)

Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate wear (if applicable)

Consumables and items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

Damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
Wrong/Defective Item
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Process

After inspection, we’ll issue an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Refund Method & Timing

Online payments: refunded to the original method.

Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded via bank transfer, wallet transfer, or store credit.

Processing typically takes 7–14 business days after we receive and verify the item.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we cover return shipping.

For all other returns (change of mind, sizing), the customer pays return shipping.

If an order qualified for Free Shipping and is returned in full, the original shipping subsidy may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or refund.
Cancellations
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Once shipped, please use the returns process.
